In addition to her extensive work experience, Neetu is also the founder and CEO of Arvika Risk Management Pvt. Ltd., a company that specialises in providing risk management, HSE training, HSE auditing, EHS and technical staffing, and talent resourcing solutions to businesses of all sizes. Through her leadership and expertise, Neetu has helped Arvika Risk Management become a well-respected and sought-after provider of risk management services. Neetu Dubey holds a Master's Degree from Gorakhpur University.
Mr. Ajay Dubey

Ajay Dubey has his MSW from BHU and has 15+ years of experience in the field of managing talent acquisition and management strategy and recruitment for (pre-bid, bid, post-bid, and ongoing projects) of EPC, EPCC, infrastructure, seismic, railways, buildings, metros, airports, and non-technical positions (nationals and expatriates) for India and international projects. Ajay Dubey has extensive experience in recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, employee relations, organisational development, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. He has managed the HR and administrative functions of large-scale projects and organizations, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure the organization's HR operations are conducted in line with best practises and in accordance with statutory requirements. He has successfully implemented HR initiatives to improve organizational performance and is experienced in developing and delivering effective HR solutions. Ajay Dubey has held HR and administrative positions with various companies, including C.A.T. Oil Ag, Geo APi Solutions, and Aradhya Manpower Consultant, as well as worked as a consultant for government and private sector projects..

Samir Kumar Jha is a former MBA student at IIM (Kozhikode). He was the General Manager (Operations) of Reliance Industries, India's largest private sector company. Besides, he has worked at 4 Fortune 500 Indian companies (ny in India (Reliance Industries) Besides, he has worked at 4 Fortune 500 Indian companies (BPCL, RIL, IOC, and HPCL). He was in charge of All India Logistics at Bharat Petroleum. He was terminal In- charge at Indian Oil Tanking (IOC's German joint venture). In addition to above, he has spent the last eight years teaching in various MBA colleges in Haryana and Rajasthan. He has presented his paper on "New Education Policy" at the National Conference. Besides, he has presented his paper on Indian logistics at a national conference. He is currently working as a consultant in the field of logistics and supply chain management. In addition to his extensive experience in the field of HSE, Sunil Kumar Dwivedi has also completed various EHS audits for clients in different industries. Some of the prominent EHS audits conducted by him include IOCL Baruni, Mathura, and Bogiangaon Refinery, Modern Rail, etc.
